Civil West Engineering Services, Inc. is a private consulting firm specializing in civil engineering projects and services for clients in the Pacific Northwest. The Civil West headquarters are located on the Oregon coast in Coos Bay. Our civil and mechanical engineers hold professional registrations in Oregon, California and Idaho. Our work centers on municipal water, wastewater, storm water, streets, and associated planning and project management. Civil West clients currently include over 20 cities and special districts.
With our solid background and expertise in a wide range of municipal infrastructure and planning needs, Civil West serves as “Engineer-of-Record” or “City Engineer” for many communities.
